These classes offer the gifts of a yoga practice to young people from all walks of life. Each class includes yoga movement – (active and passive), relaxation (savasana), mindfulness and breathing. There is also opportunity to explore your inner and your outer worlds. Melissa has been a student of yoga for 18 years; she is a mother of teenagers herself and is passionate about sharing accessible yoga.

There is a regular Moksha class running at the same time for any parents who want to take a class too.

Please share why you want to attend the yoga series. Elaborate on exactly what you hope to gain from practicing yoga. We want to hear from the teenager, support them how best you can in wrting to us and sharing their thoughts and feelings.
